The rebranding follows the acquisition of Kohler Energy by Platinum Equity in May 2024, establishing Rehlko as an independent entity. Kohler Company remains an investment partner, ensuring continuity in the company’s strategic direction.
According to Rehlko’s CEO, Brian Melka, the new name embodies the company’s core values of reliability, resolve, reinvention, and resilience. He stated:
