Sales TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To ensure transparency and clarity in all our transactions, the following Sales Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, and installations provided by A. Falzon Energy Projects. We encourage clients to review these terms carefully prior to confirming any order.
All prices are excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes as imposed by law.
Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Any materials not listed in the quote will be charged at an additional cost.
Prices are quoted per item unless otherwise specified.
General sales conditions must be signed prior to the commencement of works.
Servicing of equipment is mandatory according to manufacturer recommendations.
The company does not cover damage caused by electronics or water exposure, poor condition, malfunctions, negligence, or any issue not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Electrical equipment must be protected by safety devices approved by the agent.
Equipment and pipework installations are covered by the manufacturer’s supply guarantee.
Installation errors due to human mistakes are covered by free labour repair.
