High Strength Anaerobic Threadlocker & Sealant

BLOCK-SEAL is a high-strength anaerobic threadlocking sealant for permanent locking and sealing of metal threaded fittings. Designed for high mechanical stress, vibration resistance, and extreme temperature conditions.

Conforms to DIN 30661 and BAM certification for gaseous oxygen installations.

Applications

• Hydraulic fittings

Performance

• Temperature resistance: -50°C to +170°C

• Pre-hardening: 15–20 minutes

• Final curing: 12–24 hours

• High resistance to vibration and mechanical stress

How to Use

1. Clean and degrease threads thoroughly.

2. Apply product on first two thread turns (male & female).

3. Assemble and allow curing.

4. Use ACTIV SEAL if tolerance exceeds 0.3 mm.
