A. Falzon Energy Projects is currently delivering a complete industrial backup power system for the Malta Police Force Data Centre at Skyparks, Malta — a facility where uninterrupted power is critical.
This project includes the supply, delivery, synchronisation, installation and 24/7 technical support of a fully integrated diesel generator and fuel storage system designed for critical infrastructure.
2 Units – 500 kVA Kohler-Rehlko Industrial Diesel Generators
At the heart of the installation are two KOHLER-Rehlko V500C2 diesel generator sets, powered by Volvo engines and built for high-performance standby applications.

2 Tanks – 2,000L Savi Serbatoi UNI-EN 12285-2 Double-Wall Diesel Storage
To ensure operational autonomy and environmental compliance, we supplied two 2,000L Savi Serbatoi double-wall diesel storage tanks, both:

Built in S235JR carbon steel
Mechanical level gauge
Suction pipe with foot valve
Overfill prevention valve (limits filling to 90%)
115% bunded secondary containment
This ensures safe diesel storage, spill protection and compliance with European fuel regulations.
500 kW KeyPower Resistive Load Bank
As part of this integrated standby power system, we supplied a 500 kW KeyPower resistive load bank to support generator validation and performance verification.
The load bank enables controlled load application to verify generator performance, stability and full output capability.
